Corroboration turns a statement into an evidentiary starting point. This annex provides it.

The medium

What he declares

• He corroborates the ownership of Daxserv held by Metin Rasim (A.39.1).
• He corroborates the administration by Fernando Carcedo and the registered office at his residence.
• He places Apolozan outside the attributed management.

The standard two testimonies impose

An attribution of corporate management against two coinciding testimonies requires, at the very least, the step that confronts them: the query to the relevant commercial registry. That step is not on record as carried out (A.39.1). The prohibitive standard is not set by the defence: it is set by the very availability of the check.

How to verify it

Play both videos in sequence and note the coincidences of content. Two identified witnesses, the same factual picture, no contrasting step in the case: the three checks are within the reader's reach.
